The ultimate goal center of excellence on BCG towards sustainable development

Center of Excellence on BCG towards Sustainable Development to be the BCG Hub for universities (CU-BCG Hub) and expand the link to the BCG Platform of the country while producing research and disseminating innovations and knowledge for sustainable development by driving the BCG accordingly. Sufficiency Economy Philosophy science technology Innovation and Sustainable Development Principles of the United Nations with the goals and action plans of the research unit within 5 years as follows:

Goal 1

Produce academic works, and innovation, build academic networks, and provide research funding.

Goal 2

Develop a BCG model in waste and energy management, and set up a start-up. Develop a waste management application.

Goal 3

Develop a BCG model in the environment and health fields.

Goal 4

Established BCG Learning Center in the area and community for dissemination of knowledge.

Goal 5

Established BCG Learning Center in the area and community for dissemination of knowledge.

Vision

Chulalongkorn University (CU-BCG Hub) will be a research unit in the multidisciplinary leadership of innovative knowledge in the bio-economy, circular economy, and green economy to lead to sustainable solutions at the national and international levels.

Mission

  1. Develop knowledge and create innovations for sustainable development by driving BCG from the participation process to becoming a CU-BCG Hub
  2. Disseminate knowledge and innovations to apply and extend to sustainable solutions both nationally and internationally
  3. Promote the drive to develop Start-ups in the community according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, Science, Technology, and Innovation and Sustainable Development Principles.
